Our travel department has once again selected Avis as our preferred car rental company for 2010. All divisions are encouraged to use Avis as your first choice.
In addition to favorable rental rates, Avis also offers the following:
a) Free LDW insurance cap of $3000. This means that regardless of the vehicle damage, our maximum liability is capped at $3000.
Our travel department still strongly recommends all employees enroll in the "Amex Premium Car Rental Protection Program". This is primary coverage, unlike regular credit card auto coverage. You will not have to file a claim with your personal insurance company if you enroll in this program.
b) Avis offers complimentary upgrade to "Preferred Service" for all employees.
c) Our corporate Avis discount program "AWD" # remains the same as always. AWD G417900
